ARMY STAFF CHIEF (British Official Wireless.) (10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 28. The Chief of the Imperial General Staff, General Sir Alan Brooke, who accompanied Mr. Winston Churchill on Kis visit to Moscow, was received in audience by the King to-day. Other visitors were Field Marshal 'Sir John Dill, -to whom the King presented a field 'marshal’s baton, and whom he invested with the G.C.8.. and", Mr. F.
