INCITING TO STRIKE
N.SAV. MINERS . FINED (10 a.m.) ”SYDNEY, Aug. 28. Two coalminers charged with inciting five young wheelers to strike were each fined £lO in .the Arbitration Court. The wheelers were each fined £5. “Action such as yours might incur the displeasure ol' the community,” said the judge. “Maybe it would think your actions traitorous.” The men were liable to punishment by fines up to £IOO and 12 months’ imprisonment. The judge said he was dealing leniently with the men. 'out in future the penalties would be much heavier.
