DEPUTY-MINISTER LORD MOYNE APPOINTED (British Official Wirelesß.) (11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 27. Lord Moyne has been appointed deputy-Minister of State in the Middle East to assist Mr. R. G.
Casey. The volume of work carrier out by Mr. Casey has greatly in creased and .the presence of a secon Minister will enable visits to be made to the main centres outside Egypt tord Moyne will have Cabinet rank.
