Acting-Commander T. S. Critchley, R.N.Z.N., has assumed duty as Naval Officer in Charge, Fiji. He was formerly director of naval recruiting, Devonport naval base, having been living in New Zealand in retirement from the navy at the outbreak of war, Commander P. R. Dearden, R.N., has relinquished the duties of Resident Naval Officer, Suva.
