Sides*.iowmen who have been visiting Napier for the Mardi Gras period are placed in a quandary as the resuh or tne revoking of petrol licenses. Men with trucks suitable for army purposes had their vehicles impressed, and those with trailers had to find other methods of transport back to their homes.
