Bowls at Tuai
Work has commenced on the new bowling green at Tuai. For the first time in six years, the Waikaremoana Bowling Club had a team competing in the Peace Shield New Year tournament in Gisborne, comprising W. Nunn, N. McDongall, W. Blair, C, Prior (s). It had two wins and four losses in the section play.—Special.
