AMERICAN PRESIDENT (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. ; The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, has received a cable message from President Roosevelt in reply ,to the season’s greetings extended by Mr. Fraser. The text of Mr. Roosevelt’s message is as follows: “I grefitly ap'jSrhciafq your cordial message for Christmas and the new year and in turn extend my good wishes to you and the people of New Zealand. We are proud to be associated with the people of New Zealand arid the British com monwealth in defence of human, freedom arid liberty, and I am supremely confident of thfe final triumph of opr great cause (signed) Franklin D. Roosevelt.” v
