ARMY OF 100,000 MEN (Reed. Jan. 9. 9 a.m.) NEW YORK. Jan. 8. The first issue of the new French weekly here, Pour la Victoire, declares that General De Gaulle now commands an army of 100,000, including 2000 trained aviators, 40 warships, and 100 merchantmen and tankers.
