Mr. A. P. Herbert, in a speech at the Little Ships Club, said that Herr Hitler’s most hostile efforts were being directed.against defenceless fishermen. His “blitzkrieg" had degenerated into a “Billingsgate krieg.” Not content with sinking neutral ships, he was now sinking his own.
