Go,ulding, aged 53, who was born in Melbourne, was given 90 days in which to leave the United States or take re-examina-tion for re-entry under the British or Australian quota. In October, Goulding was charged "with entering the United States iffegailly. Evidence .was given that he, arrived in.the United States in 1912 and visited Ettgland in 1935.
