FACING STARVATION
JEWISH REFUGEES GERMANS AND POLES (Reed. Dec. 29, 9 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Dec. 27. Fifteen hundred Polish and German Jews who came down the Danube, hoping to reach Palestine, are stranded and are facing starvation at two Black Sea ports, where the authorities refused to allow them to sail.
