FIFTEEN NAZI SHIPS PORTS OF BRAZIL (Reed. Dec. 28. 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 27. The Rio de Janiero correspondent Of the New York Times says that 15 .German ships in Brazilian ports are keeping steam up ready to depart. S'ome already are loaded and others are loading. It is believed that they will leavo singly, aping the Bahia Blanca, which was reported on December 13 to have left and is now believed to have reached the Reich safely.
