— SHOPPING RESTRICTIONS LONDON, Dec. 20. German storekeepers are not allowed to advertise Christmas gifts or to exhibit pictures of Santa Claus. They must not sell turkeys, geese or plum puddings. Christmas concessions permit a woman to buy a pair of stockings, in addition to the ration of six pairs a year. A man is allowed to purchase an extra necktie. A quarter of a pound of cocoa and half a pound of chocolate are available to children under 14 years.
