BRITAIN AND RUSSIA DENIAL OF RUMOURS (British Official Wirsloss.) Reed. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 27. There is no truth in a report that the British Ambassador to Moscow has been instructed to advise representatives of British firms in Soviet Russia to leave that country, or that an early diplomatic rupture in the relation? between Britain and the Soviet is contemplated. No change has occurred in the relations between Britain and Russia.
