CONCESSION TO TROOPS Advice that the No. 2 Licensing Authority has agreed to the application cf the New Zealand Passenger Services’ Federation for permission to permit members of the military forces to travel at a :eduction of 10 per cent in fares has been received by the secretary of the federation, Mr. H. J. Knight. The reduction will apply throughout the No. 2 licensing area, which covers the Wellington. Hawke’s Bay and Taranaki provinces. It is thought prob-' able that similar reductions will be made in other licensing areas. Members of the federation operate motor services throughout the area.
