Poultry Sells Briskly
Some 800 head of poultry, consisting of fowls, turkey, and geese, werfe disposed of at an auction sale in Hastings on Friday. All the birds met with a brisk sale at prices that were reasonable from the buyers’ point of view. Several hotels and restaurants bought heavily, but the majority of the buyers were membei-s of the public.
