GUILTLESS WOMEN

WASHINGTON, Oct. 30. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has decided that fewer women than men commit crime, but when they do their crimes are more serious. The bureau reports that only 7.5 per cent of arrest records examined showed that the violators were women. Sixty-six women were charged with assault, compared with 56 men.
