TRANSPORT BY AIR (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, announced that advice had been received that provision had been made for the forwarding of letters by ,lhe irans-Pacific air service to Canton Island. The rate would be Is 9d a half ounce.
