BRITISH AID IN RIO (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2.40 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 22. British residents in Rio de Janeiro, like other British communities abroad, are demonstrating their loyalty and they are enthusiastic in support of the cause for which the Empire has taken up arms. Among other activities they have already collected £SOOO for the British Red Cross.
