HINT OF FORCED LOAN
FINANCES OF HOLLAND WARNING BY MINISTER (Reed. Dec. 23, 12.45 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Dec. 22. The Treasury is taking up £8,750,000 left unsubscribed out of a State loan of £18,750,000. The Minister of Finance hinted that a forced or semiforced loan would be likely next time.
