ORPHANS OF SAILORS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 22. Twenty crates of toys have arrived in London from the wives and families of French sailors for distribution ambng children of British sailors who have lost their lives in the war.
