AIR FORCE MEN
TRAINING FOR PILOTS GISBORNE CANDIDATES THIRD OF ONE FAMILY Included in the latest official list of Royal New Zealand Air Force recruits called up for training, with the prospect of service overseas as pilots, are two Gisborne candidates, G. P. 'L. Redstone and L. M. McLernon. They are to report at Levin on January 15, for a preliminary course of ground training. Mr. L. M. McLernon is the third son of Mr. and Mrs. H. S. P. McLernon, Hurahura road, Kaiti, to be accepted for service with the forces. One other son Sergeant S. M. McLernon, is in the Wellington Rifles, and a second brother, Private C. R. McLhrnori, is with the Divisional Petrol Company.
