Mr. E. P. Haslam, a 1934 Rhodes Scholar from New Zealand, has joined the economic staff of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Later he expects to be transferred to the head office in Sydney. Until recently. Mr. Haslam was secretary to the Leverhulme Trust Research Commission which studied British and French systems of administration in West Africa.
