NATIONAL SINGLES P.B. DISTRICT ENTRY Several bowlers from the Poverty Bay-East Coast centre will take part in the annual singles tournament for the New Zealand championship, which will be held in Wellington in January. The district entries and their respective sections are as under: — Section A. —I. Stephenson, Gisborne club. Section C. —J. H. Walker, Gisborne. Section D.—H. E. Bright, Gisborne, and C. T. C. Hands, Kahutia. Section F.—S. Moloney, Gisborne. Section G.—P. Meredith, Kahutia; and W. Riddell, Gisborne. Section J.—F. Williams, Gisbornrv Section K. —J. H. Watson, Gisborne. Section M. —E. Crowley, Gisborne Section O. —H. Gilmer, Gisborne. Section P.—C. G. Vail, Kahutia. RINKS AND PAIRS CHANGES APPROVED Some adjustments in the district entries for the rinks and pairs sections of the championship tournament have been authorised by the New Zealand association, and the personnel of rinks from Poverty Bay will be: — Gisborne Club.—E. S. Molony, H. E. Bright. J. 11. Walker, and I. Stephenson (s); E. F. O’Brien, W. Neal, W. Riddell, and F. Williams (s); A. E. Parkinson, J. H. Watson, 11. Gilmer, and E. Crowley (s). Kahutia Club.—C. T. C. Hands, C. G. Vail, P. Meredith and J. Newton (s)In the pairs section, too, a rearrangement has been necessary owing to one or two players originally entered now being unavailable.
