HIGH COMMISSIONER (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 21. Sir Edward Harding, the British High Commissioner for the Union of South Africa, left London to-day accompanied by Lady Harding to take up his appointment. He was farewelled by the Dominions Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden.
