DOMINIONS’ SUPPORT MR. FRASER'S MESSAGE (Reed. Dec. 19, 20. m.) LONDON, Dec. 18. The talks between the United Kingdom and the Dominions Ministers have ended Four Ministers have gone home, but they left farewell messages unanimously supporting -the war effort. The message by the New Zealand Minister. Mr. P. Fraser, said: “We are directing our main effort to halting aggression and lawlessness.”
