£25,000 CONTRACT
Workmen are engaged in clearing the site between Kitchener, Chancery and Bank streets, Auckland, which was the scene of a large fire some time ago. This is preparatory to the erection of a three-storey commercial building in reinforced concrete, the contract for which has 'been let to Mr. A. J. Good, at a price of approximately £25,000. It is -being built on behalf of the owners, the Paterson estate.
