SHIP TOWED TO PORT
UNDERWATER DAMAGE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 15. The British steamer Athel Templar, of 8939 tons, which was abandoned by i the crew as a result of damage by a | mine or a torpedo off the east coast of England, was towed into a northeast coast port early to-night by tugs.
