100 CENTURY BREAKS Joe Davis, world's snooker champion playing Alec Brown at Thurston’s recently, became the first player to complete 100 century breaks. The

full run was 108. It was against Brown, last year, that Davis made Lis world record break of 188. The champion broke down at a difficult cut shot. The run comprised 13 reds, eight blacks, five- pinks and the yellow, green and brown.
