Soldiers on leave from camp, and producing passbooks for identification purposes, are to be admitted to the King’s theatre without charge as from to-day, according to instructions received by the Gisborne manager of Amalgamated Theatres, Limited, from the managing director. All theatres in Gisborne arc now open to soldiers on leave, with the icservation that free seats will not be available for sessions on Saturdays and public holidays.
