BERLIN ADMISSION TEMPORARY HARBOUR (Reed. Dec. 10, 9 a.in.l LONDON, .Dec. ,15. A Berlin message states that the German High Command announced that “the Graf von Spec received some hits and is for the moment harbouring at Montevideo. Two of the six British captains aboard were taken prisoner the day before the battle, after their ships had been sunk.”
