BRITAIN AND NEUTRALS AGREEMENTS PENDING (British Official Wireless. Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 14. Answering a question in the House of Commons to-day, ■ the Minister of Economic Warfare, Mr. Hibbert Cross, stated that negotiations for an agreement involving the regulation of imports and exports from neutral countries had been concluded or were now in progress with some 14 States. For obvious reasons, it would .be undesirable to publish any details regarding these negotiations. - Mr. Cross, in another answer, said the British Government had indicated its willingness to consider making some purchases of Greek tobacco as part of the general agreement with the Greek Government on war-time trade.
