BRITISH ROAD DEATHS 674 IN NOVEMBER (Reed. Dec. 13, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. It is officially announced that 926 people were killed in road accidents of which 674 occurred during black outs in November, compared with 919 in October, and 613 in November. 1938
