LYING IN STATE
BODY OF FAIRBANKS PRIVATE SERVICES (Elec. Tel. Copyright-—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 14, 9 a.in.) HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 13. The body of the film actor, Douglas Fairbanks, senior, who died yesterday, is lying in state in a huge carvea bed before a window of his Santa Monica home, overlooking the Pacific. It is probable that the funeral services will be private in the effort to evade the disorderly 'Crowding which marred the obsequies of Jean Harlow and other screen notables
