WHATATUTU TENNIS

YANKEE TOURNAMENT (Herald Correspondent.) A Yankee tournament which was held at the Whatatutu tennis courts was somewhat marred by rain, but nevertheless some good tennis was enjoyed by those taking part. The winners were Mrs. C. Gaukrodger and S. Te Paa. The players included A. Knowlton and Mrs. D. Tamaipi, S. Te Paa and Mrs. C. Gaukrodger, Miss R. King and Mrs. R. King. Q. Williams and S. Seymour, J. King and Mrs. D. Anderson, T. Horton and Mrs. E. Tail, Mrs. G. Gregory and Miss E. Rangi, R. King and Mrs. A. Shaw, J. Casey and Miss G. Parkinson, S. Jones and Miss M. Alexander.
