LOSSES AT SEA
FIVE MORE VICTIMS GERMAN SHIP INCLUDED TORPEDOED BY RUSSIAN CLAIMS FROM BERLIN (Reed. Dec. 14, noon.) LONDON, Dec. 13. Several more victims of the warfare at sea are reported to-day, the losses including one German vessel. A Stockholm report states that a' submarine, believed to be Russian, sank the German steamer Bolheim, of 3324 tons, in the Gulf of Bothnia. The captain and two of the crew were killed. Twenty-nine survivors reached the shore in a lifeboat. The Marwick Head was mined off the east coast yesterday. Six of the crew of 11 are missing. The Swedish fanker, the Algol, struck a mine in a German minefield between Trelleborg and Falsterbo. Swedish warships have gone to her assistance. It is reported from Berlin that the freighter Deptford, of 4040 tons, w.as torpedoed north from Bergen. Five of the 35 members of the crew are believed to have been saved by Norwegian ships. The Berlin radio claims that the tanker San Alberto has been torpedoed, but does not say where and does not mention the fate of the crew.
