BREMEN IN PORT
NAZI COMMUNIQUE (Reed. Dec. 14. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The Hamburg correspondent of the British United Press states that it is reliably informed that the German liner Bremen docked at Bremerhaven. A German High Command communique says: “A British submarine tried to attack the Bremen in the Nbrth Sea. One of our aircraft sent to protect the Bremen forced the submarine to submerge. Thereby an attack on the Bremen was prevented.' A New York message states that the North German Lloyd Company Agency there said that the Bremen had docked safely at Bremerhaven at noon, German time.
