CABINET OF SWEDEN
RECONSTRUCTION AIM STRICTLY NEUTRAL (Feed. Dec. 14, 9.30 a.m.l STOCKHOLM, Dec. 13. It is reported that the Swedish Cabinet has been reconstructed on strictly neutral lines. The Foreign Minister, Dr. Sandler, who has shown pro-Finnish leanings, is replaced by M. Guenther. The new Government’s policy will embrace all possible help for Finland in accordance with neutrality
