AIR FORCE RECRUITS
APPLICANTS EXAMINED SOUTH ISLAND CENTRES (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The special committee set up to examine and select candidates for the Royal New Zealand Air Force has completed its task here. One hundred and fifteen applicants were examined all being accepted with two possible exceptions, subject to passing the medical test. The committee goes to-morrow to Oariiaru where there are 11 applicants, Timaru 26, Ashburton 15, Christchurch 180, and then to Wellington 296. The other northern districts have ■ been completed. The sittings,will condud# Island 1700 candidates have been examined.
