MAJESTIC THEATRE “HOLD MY HAND,” “QUEER CARGO,” AND “THE LONE RANGER” Roars of laughter greet Stanley Lupino in “Hold My Hand,” a rollicking comedy farce which is replete with catchy tunes, snappy music, brilliant dancing and very funny dialogue. "Hold My Hand,” now at the Majestic Theatre, is just thaj. type of English comedy which is synonymous with the name Lupino and sends people home from the show feeling happy with themselves and the world in general. To really appreciate what a delightfully funny presentation “Hold My Hand” is you have to see the Lupino-Fred Emney team in action. The supporting cast ii eludes Sally Grev, Barbara Blair, Polly Ward and Bertha Belmore. If you want to laugh, or you want to feel happy, or you want a tonic from the blues, see Stanley Lupino, Fred Emney and Company in “Hold My Hand." John Ledge again comes to the screen in a red-blooded role in “Queer Cargo,” the associate feature. This forcer,il actor, always at his best in action pictures, is seen here as the master of a small steamer who. entrusted with the safe transit of some valuable pearls to Singapore, has to grapple witn mutiny in his crew and an attack by pirates. The scene is the China Seas', where, in the words of the film itself, it is “murder first and apologies afterwards." An added European turned pirate. An added attraction is the opening chapter of “The Lone Rang'.r.” an outstanding serial. This created a sensation as a radio serial and is even more thrilling on the screen.
