DEATH AT 66 YEARS
CAPTAIN LITTLEJOHNS ARMOURED TRAINS (Reed. Dec. 13, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 12.' The death of Captain A. S. Littlejohns, formerly of the Royal Navy, has occurred. He was 66 years of age. Captain A. S. Littlejohns commanded H.M.S. Cicala from 1916 to 1918. He originated the successful mounting of large guns on trucks and was created C.M.G. for services in command of armoured trains in Flanders. From 1918 to 1922 he served on the staff of the High Commissioner for Australia in London and lie was for a time the naval representative for the Commonwealth. He received thanks from the Commonwealth Government and the Admiralty.
