STALIN CHARGES ALLIES “AGGRESSIVE POLICY” LONDON, Nov. 30. The 'Moscow newspaper, (Pravda, publishes a statement by M. Stalin, referring to (British and French newspaper statements that he wished to prolong the avar until Germany and the Allies were exhausted. IM. Stalin states, “This is a lie, fabricated toy (French journalists in some cafe chantant. It cannot be denied that Germany is not the aggressor. Britain and France attacked, and, therefore, assumed full responsibility for the war.

“The Soviet openly supported Germany’s peace proposal after the outbreak of the war because it believed, and continues to believe, that the earliest termination of the war will fundamentally alleviate the positions of all nations.

“The ruling circles in Britain and France rudely declined Germany’s proposal and the Soviet’s attempt to achieve the war’s earliest termination, and they continue a world-wide aggressive policy.”
