FURTHER DISCLOSURES OPPORTUNIST POLICY NAZI FOREIGN AIMS MONSTROSITY SHOWN (Elcc. Tel. Copyright—Unitod Press Assn.) (British Ofiicinl Wireless.) Reed. 1.50 p.m. RUGBY. Dec. 11. A great interest has been aroused by the publication to-day of a book entitled “Hitler Speaks,” by Hermann Rauschning, a former Nazi president of the Danzig Senate, whose previous work “Revolution of Destruction” made a considerable impression in Britain. The new book is widely reviewed and is the ‘subject of a leading article in the Manchester Guardian. The book is based on notes of intimate conversations with Herr Hitler between 1932 and 1934 and the opportunism of the Nazi foreign policy is startlingly demonstrated. The Times review says that by making clear the implications of Mein Kampf and exposing the monstrosity of Hitlerism, Herr Rauschning has performed a service to, every European. The -Manchester Guardian says: “In this book we can see into the back of the remarkable and dangerous man Hitler and understand still better the forces behind his energy and ambition.”
