KEEP OUT OF WAR
U.S. OPINION HARDENS NEUTRALITY STRONGER (Reed. Dec. 9, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 7. The fifth survey on should the United States go to war with Germany and send the army and navy abroad shows that 9(5.5 per cent, are against, compared with 94 per cent at the outbreak of war. Fifty-four per cent believe the United States can remain neutral indefinitely.
