CLASHES OVER SEA

BRITISH—GERMAN FLYERS PLANES COLLIDE IN AIR (Recci. Dec. 8,2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 7. A communique issued by the Air Ministry states that Royal Air Force machines engaged enemy planes several times over the North Sea yesterday. One of the British patrolling planes has not returned. It is believed this may be the plane mentioned in the German communique. The machine collided with a German plane, both falling into the sea.
