LORDS’ SECRET SESSION (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 6. The Lord President of the Council, Earl Stanhope,'in the House of Lords, stated that the Government had decided to hold a secret session on the general question of the Ministry of Supply. He suggested it should be held on Tuesday or Thursday of next week. lit will he recalled that the House of Commons will hold a secret session with the same question as the subject for discussion next Wednesday.
