CHARGE OF MURDER Samu»i Hoare, said: "Tolday we can (Reed. Dec. 0, 2.40 p.m.) APIA, Dec. 5. Tuiva, a Samoan, charged with the murder of Foupa, a Niuean, came up for trial on Thursday, November 30, before the High Court, consisting of Chief Judge W. Carrol Harley, three European and one Samoan assessors. The trial concluded on Saturday evening when the accused was found not guilty and acquitted.
