The feelings of the people are rising hourly. Aibout 10,000 demonstrated outside the Royal .palace at Stockholm calling King Gustav to the balcony with cries of “Long live Sweden!” The demonstrators sang the Swedish and Finnish national anthems and cheered wildly when King Gustav appeared and sa*uted solemnly. The crowd then demonstrated outside the Russian Legation.
