SEVENTY-THIRD RESCUE
LONDON, Nov. 1. Chief Petty Officer J. ■G. Cowey, aged G 3, was presented with a certificate at Port Talbot for saving Miss Tessa Woodward, of Porthcawl, from drowning. This was his seventy-third rescue.
