EVACUATED CHILDREN VISITS FROM PARENTS (British Official Wireless ) Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 4. “Reunion days” passed oIT happily and successfully when some 5000 parents ancl friends visited children in the safe areas. Many special trains left London taking visitors to towns in tiro reception areas, and queues for the trains formed as early as 7 o’clock. At all stations within the areas groups of happy children expectantly awaited the train. For many it was tire first meeting with their parents since the outbreak of war. Parties reminiscent of Christmas were held.
